Grievance Redressal

A fair, confidential and time-bound mechanism to address the genuine concerns of every student, faculty member and stakeholder on campus.

The Grievance Redressal Portal at SVPP attempts to address genuine problems and complaints of students, faculty and other stakeholders. It deals with all types of grievances and complaints. Students, faculty and stakeholders are encouraged to use the suggestion boxes placed at various locations across the campus to express suggestions and grievances, or to approach members of the Grievance Redressal Cell or any of their teachers.

Students, faculty and other stakeholders are requested to note that making a complaint is a serious matter and should be used responsibly. At the same time, the college assures all parties that once a complaint is made, it will be treated with sensitivity and confidentiality.

SVPP maintains a Grievance Redressal Committee, an Anti-Ragging Committee and an Internal Complaints Committee in accordance with regulatory requirements — upholding a strict anti-ragging stance and a zero-tolerance policy on harassment of any kind.
