- Prospectus and event communications: With your implicit consent as an enquirer, we may send you relevant admissions information such as open-day invitations or application deadline reminders. You may opt out of these at any time by writing to admissions@svpcet.org.
- Internal record-keeping: Submitted details are retained in the Admissions Office CRM for a maximum period of three years, after which they are securely deleted.
We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling, and no personal data is used for commercial advertising.
4. Sharing your information
SVPP does not sell, rent or trade your personal information to any third party. We may share information only:
- Within the institution:Between the Admissions Office, the relevant academic department and, where necessary, the Principal’s Office, for the purpose of processing your enquiry or application.
- With service providers: We may engage trusted service providers (such as email delivery platforms or hosting partners) who process data strictly on our behalf, under contractual confidentiality obligations.

7. Links to external websites
Our website contains links to external platforms including the JNTUA portal, the AICTE National Scholarship Portal, the online fee-payment gateway and social-media profiles. Once you leave our site, this privacy policy no longer applies, and we encourage you to review the privacy policies of those external services.
8. Children’s privacy
Our website is primarily directed at prospective students (typically aged 17 and above) and their parents or guardians. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13 without verifiable parental consent. If you believe a child has submitted information to us without parental permission, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.
