Sri Venkatesa Perumal College of Engineering & Technology (“SVPP”, “we”, “our” or “the institution”) is an autonomous engineering college situated at RVS Nagar, K N Road, Puttur, Chittoor District, Andhra Pradesh — 517583, operated under the Tamilian Education Academy of Puttur (TEAP). This privacy policy governs our website at svpcet.org and any digital properties operated by SVPP.

• Internal record-keeping: Submitted details are retained in the Admissions Office CRM for a maximum period of three years, after which they are securely deleted.

We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling, and no personal data is used for commercial advertising.

4. Sharing your information

SVPP does not sell, rent or trade your personal information to any third party. We may share information only:

• Within the institution:Between the Admissions Office, the relevant academic department and, where necessary, the Principal’s Office, for the purpose of processing your enquiry or application.

Our website contains links to external platforms including the JNTUA portal, the AICTE National Scholarship Portal, the online fee-payment gateway and social-media profiles. Our website is primarily directed at prospective students (typically aged 17 and above) and their parents or guardians. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13 without verifiable parental consent.
